Trailer Mechanic for Heavy-Duty Semi Trailers (2 needed) 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. WHAT WE OFFER <ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience. </li></ul> <ul><li>Full benefits on day one which includes: medical, dental, life insurance, short-term disability, 401(k) retirement account with company match, holiday pay (9 per year), PTO (paid time off), and weekly direct payroll deposit. </li></ul> <ul><li>Referral rewards program. </li></ul> <ul><li>Quarterly safety bonus. </li></ul> <ul><li>40-50 hours per week.</li></ul> WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO <ul><li>Diagnose and repair trailer components such as doors, floors and side panels. </li></ul> <ul><li>Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on trailer equipment including routine technical repairs and completing repair orders. </li></ul> <ul><li>Perform general or routine welding with or without prints. </li></ul> <ul><li>Perform repairs on accident damage to exterior, interior and structural components. </li></ul> <ul><li>Repair worn out components such as cross members, side rails, couplers, landing gear, suspension, bumpers, brake lining and all air brake components. </li></ul> <ul><li>Diagnose mechanical failures and repair trailer components according to manuals and factory specifications. </li></ul> <ul><li>Perform electronic troubleshooting and electronic component repairs. </li></ul> <ul><li>Inspect parts for damage and verify dimensions and clearances of parts for conformance to factory specifications. </li></ul> <ul><li>Replace or remove worn or damaged parts. 	</li></ul> <ul><li>Use effective interpersonal skills to maintain positive working relationships with team members. </li></ul> <ul><li>Abide by all Company policies and safety rules and assist in maintaining a clean, safe work environment.</li></ul> WHAT WE REQUIRE <ul><li>3 years trailer maintenance experience preferred. </li></ul> <ul><li>Valid driver’s license and clean MVR (CDL is a plus). </li></ul> <ul><li>Possess own hand tools. Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.</li></ul>
