If you’re a self-starter with a knack for numbers and a team-first attitude, we want to hear from you! 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing<ul><li>Prepare, review, and process a high volume of invoices with speed and accuracy</li><li>Ensure billing aligns with customer contracts and guidelines</li><li>Keep time entries and adjustments up-to-date</li><li>Handle billing through our internal system and maintain organized records</li><li>Verify invoices match quotes and reflect any necessary changes</li><li>Communicate regularly with drivers and customers via phone and email</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve billing discrepancies professionally and courteously</li><li>Maintain and update internal spreadsheets</li></ul> ✅ What You Bring to the Table<ul><li>High School diploma required; Associate’s degree a plus</li><li>1-2 years of billing or administrative experience preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel, Word, and Outlook</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>A strong sense of accountability and reliability</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines</li><li>Team player with initiative and a “figure-it-out” attitude</li><li>Prior experience with TruckMate or similar billing software is a big bonus!</li></ul>&nbsp;Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
