Chief Executive Officer
Mathew J. Alagna has over 30 years in the transportation industry. In 1973, after serving in the United States Army he began working for his family business Trailer Leasing Company. In 1978 he decided it was time to venture out seizing an opportunity to build a business on his own terms. He founded All Truck Transportation with little more than one truck and a whole lot of ambition. He marketed the business as a cartage company and spotting service for several years while slowly developing his own base of customers. He has built All Truck Transportation from the ground up and continues to oversee the growth of the company.
Mr. Alagna has been a member of the YPO and WPO Organizations for the past 16 years. Throughout the 1990’s he worked his way up from secretary to chairman within The Illinois Trucking Association and was also appointed the State Vice President for Illinois within The American Trucking Association.
Nino Alagna has over 20 years of experience in the transportation industry. His career at All Truck began in his early teens where summers consisted of working in the shop and running for parts. Upon college graduation, he decided to take a permanent position working for the family business. Starting as an inside shipping clerk at a customer location, he quickly moved up, holding nearly every operational position in the company until his promotion to President in 2005. He now handles all day-to-day operations of the company directly.
Nino has a B.S. degree from Arizona State University and has been a member of Young Presidents Organization 2005.
Michael L. Malusa, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Michael L. Malusa has 24 years experience in the transportation industry. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Commerce from DePaul University while being employed as a Truck Driver for All Truck Transportation. Upon completion of his degree in 1991 he passed the CPA exam in 1993. He began his career in the financial field with American National Can where he obtained various job responsibilities throughout his 13 year tenure leaving as the Director of Financial Reporting. He then went to work for Northern Trust in the financial reporting department as 2nd Vice President where he remained for a more than a year before joining All Truck Transportation Company as the CFO in 2001.
Tom Beyer has 30 years experience in the transportation industry. He started his career at All Truck in 1986 as a truck driver. In 1996, he migrated over to operations where he became a dispatcher. Within his years as a dispatcher, he worked closely with a number of customers in running their shipping departments. By 2004, Mr. Beyer took over as the Operations Manager. He managed the day to day operations in dispatch. As a result of his hard work and success as Operations manager, he was promoted to Director of Sales and Operations in 2009.
Director - Operations
David has 30 plus years in the transportation industry. His career in transportation started in operations and then later moved to driving/owning a truck. After 10 years of driving, David took a job with Smurfit Stone Container (Now known as WestRock). During his 14 year career with this company, David held the titles of Director of Transportation Operations (OTM), Corporate Transportation Manager and Operations Manager of Private Fleet. David joined All Truck as the operations manager in April of 2011. He has successfully managed the operations department since then and has advanced with the company to the new role of Director - Operations.
